Pro Modes... and custom players

I have allways loved the ability to create players and teams i would make whole teams that where made up of my friends or people I know or from school (some people think its creepy some find it cool). I've went from maxed out giants to as accurate as possible and basing the players after what they most likely would play like and make people at diffrent skill levels and not maxing them out at all. The way sports games reflect you

I have played sports games for alot of my life and one thing i have noticed is the way I play sports in real life can be reflected and seen in my game play. like I use to play baseball... and I was terrible, i had no timing and would strike out time after time and I would swing basically the second the pitch left the pitchers hand and if i tried to wait I would be swinging after the ball was in the catcher's mit. NHL 12 WISHLIST

I now nhl 12 is already in the works here are some things I would like addressed and added

VISUALS:

jersey physics:the jerseys are attached to the players like it is skin and stretches and don't look realistic at all and in hockey they are always moving.
player faces: not every player has to look great but at least attempt to give players close to accurate faces, some faces are copied and pasted, and some players' hair isn't the right color like Arron Asham who has long black
